Shipping & Returns

DELIVERIES

Within mainland Portugal, items will be delivered within 1 to 2 days, unless a different timeframe is agreed upon by both parties.
For the Madeira and Azores Islands, items will be delivered within 3 to 10 days, unless otherwise agreed.
For international deliveries (EU), items will be delivered within 5 to 7 days, unless another timeframe is specified by both parties.
The stated conditions apply to products in stock, except in cases of logistical incidents.
If a product is out of stock, an estimated restock and delivery date will be provided.
In-store pickup is available in both Ourém and Torres Novas, subject to stock availability.
Orders are typically ready for pickup approximately one hour after payment confirmation.
Shipping rates are not available at this initial stage; each order will be handled individually between the Customer and FORNOW, LDA.

RETURNS

Online orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the right of withdrawal, allowing the customer to return the product without providing any justification.
Returned products must be in “unused” condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
For personalized, opened, or used products, FORNOW will determine the appropriate procedure to follow.

If you receive an order in which the product does not match your request (damaged or missing items), you must immediately inform the delivery person.
In the case of delivery by a courier, please note on the delivery slip that the product is “not in conformity”.

The resolution of the issue will be handled by either, sending a replacement item, updating the quantities, or, as a last resort, issuing a refund.
Refunds will always be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
The estimated processing time for refunds is 10 business days.

CHANGES TO DELIVERY AND RETURN TERMS

FORNOW, Lda. reserves the right to update the Delivery and Return Terms at any time to reflect technical, legal, or operational changes.
The most recent version will always be available on the website, indicating the date of the latest revision.
