LEGAL NOTICE

The information you are accessing for consultation or product purchase governs the General Terms & Conditions of Use of the FORNOW Online Store/Website (hereinafter, the “Online Store/Website”), a registered trademark of FORNOW, Lda., headquartered at Rua Dr. Joaquim Francisco Alves, No. 102 – Loja F – 2490-550 Ourém, Portugal, registered with the Commercial Registry of Ourém under number 510 080 529.

USE OF THE ONLINE STORE/WEBSITE

Using this Online Store/Website grants you the status of Customer and implies your full and unconditional acceptance of all provisions included in the Terms & Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy, effective at the time you access the Online Store/Website.
If you do not fully accept any of the established conditions, you should not access or use the Online Store/Website.
FORNOW, Lda. reserves the right to periodically amend or update the Terms & Conditions of Use without prior notice to the Customer.
The processing of personal data by FORNOW, Lda. complies with applicable data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR) and other applicable European and national legislation.
All information provided by the Customer must be accurate and truthful. The Customer is obligated to update any information provided to FORNOW, Lda. whenever changes occur. The Customer is fully responsible for any false or inaccurate statements and for any damage caused to FORNOW, Lda. or third parties by the information provided.
FORNOW, Lda. is the entity responsible for processing its Customers’ personal data, with the legal basis for processing being the execution of this purchase and sale contract.
In case of violation of the Terms & Conditions of Use, FORNOW, Lda. reserves the right to take any legally available action. Furthermore, it also reserves the discretionary right to terminate access or use of the Online Store/Website, with or without notification to the Customer.
FORNOW, Lda. implements adequate technical and organizational security measures to ensure information security. However, the Customer acknowledges that the use of the Online Store/Website may not be 100% secure, and information sent/received could potentially be intercepted by unauthorized parties, for which FORNOW, Lda. cannot be held responsible.
The contractual offer on the Online Store/Website is directed only to adults. The Customer accepts that it can only be used by users over 18 years old and/or with full legal capacity, who can be held responsible for commitments arising from purchase and sale.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of litigation, the parties elect the Court of Ourém, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.

ONLINE PURCHASE PROCEDURE

STEP 1: PRODUCT SLECTION
Select items to add to your shopping cart (prices indicated in Euros, including VAT at the current legal rate).
The Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that:
- Product images displayed on the Online Store/Website are for illustrative purposes only. The Customer must read all information about the essential characteristics of the items carefully and may contact customer support or the FORNOW, Lda. Store/Website for further information.
- FORNOW, Lda. will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the products available on the website.
- Product prices listed on the Online Store/Website correspond to the total amount payable by the Customer.

2 STEP: REGISTRATION / FORM COMPLETION:
Provide the following information:
- Customer full name / company name
- Phone numbers and email addresses
- Customer Tax Identification Number (NIF/NIPC)
- Name or company name to appear on the invoice
- Tax Identification Number to appear on the invoice
- Customer address to appear on the invoice

 STEP 3: ORDER CONFIRMATION:
Confirm the items and services in the shopping cart, as well as billing and payment details:
- The Customer must carefully review the order summary, confirming the selected items, Customer data, and billing details, returning to previous steps if corrections are needed.
- FORNOW, Lda. will acknowledge receipt of the order by sending an email to the address provided by the Customer.
- If FORNOW, Lda. does not require advance payment, the order will be settled at delivery, preferably via Multibanco terminal or other methods described in the Secure Payment section.
- The invoice will be sent or delivered upon pickup or delivery of the purchased products.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

FORNOW, Lda. reserves the right to update the Terms & Conditions of Use at any time to reflect technical, legal, or operational changes.
